Mueller MU-HM 250W Electric Hand Mixer Review

Mueller MU-HM is an inexpensive electric hand mixer with 250 watt motor and 5 speed settings.

Performance

Mueller MU-HM is quite powerful for the money and does the job of mixing doughs really well. It has 5 speed settings + Turbo button which you can press when you need more power. One of the flaws this hand mixer has is that slowest speed is not slow at all so some splattering sometimes is unavoidable.

Quality

Stand mixer itself feels well made however some consumers have had issues with attachments breaking.

Controls

Mueller MU-HM has a slider for selecting speed setting and button for power boost. It doesn’t have eject button so removing attachments is not as convenient as it’s with hand mixers that have it.

Attachments

Mueller MU-HM comes with two beaters and two hooks. They are made of stainless steel and are chrome plated. It also comes with snap-on storage case.

Conclusions

Mueller MU-HM stand mixer feels well made and has good power for the money but there are some flaws too. There’s no eject button, slowest speed is too fast and some consumers have had issues with attachments breaking. Despite these issues it’s a pretty good hand mixer overall.
