Grilling with Megamaster 820-0033M

Megamaster 820-0033M cooks well. It heats up fast, gets very hot and heat distribution is good too. The only thing to complain about here is that this grill does sometimes suffer from flare ups but they are managable.

Megamaster 820-0033M is compatible with 20lb propane gas tanks. If you will use this grill as a portable grill you might find it more convenient to use 1lb tank but to do so you will need to buy adapter. A 1lb tank will last you about 4 hours of cooking time.

Quality

The overall quality is pretty good for the grill of this typ, size, and price. Cooking grid, flame tamers, lid firebox are made of stainless steel. Burners are made of 409 stainless steel.

The one thing that does dissapoint in quality are the control knobs – they are amde of plastic so their longevity is questionable. The good news however is that if they do fail there are metal replacements available.

Megamaster 820-0033M has lockable lid and foldable legs. It doesn’t however have temperature gauge which is something many of the competitors do.
