Weber Spirit S-315 cooks wonderfully. The heat is evenly distributed so everything is consistent. Weber Spirit S-315 heats up fast too and holds temperature without any issues.

It can reach temperatures like 500°F to a bit more than 600°F fairly fast so it sears really well too. It’s also equipped with flavorizer bars that catch drippings and then evaporate them which improves flavor and reduces flare ups.

Overall Weber Spirit S-315 works just as well as you would expect. It cooks pretty much perfectly for a gas grill.

Weber Spirit S-315 has all the features you would expect from stationary grill including side tables, drip tray, fuel gauge and tool hooks.

Assembly

Assembling is very time consuming (takes hours to complete) so be prepared for that. On the upside the instructions are well detailed so it’s not hard to put together.

Possible issues

Despite being mostly made of stainless steel some users still have had issues with rust spots. Even though quality might be lacking in some places (it’s still pretty good overall) this is still a Weber that will last many years to come unlike less expensive products from other manufacturers.

Another issue some reported was some of the parts being bent which can sometimes happen during shipping process.

Verdict

Weber Spirit S-315 cooks exceptionally well however even though the quality is quite decent overall it still could be better in some places considering the price – after all this model is expensive. Is it worth the money? Well, even though it does possess some flaws it’s better than less expensive models so the answer to that questions probably is yes, it’s!
