Wolf Gourmet Elite WGCO150S heats up fast, cooks well and cooks evenly. It has 6 cooking modes: proof, warm, roast, bake, broil and toast/bagel. All of them work well except for toast/bagel. It takes too long to toast and the end result is not great.

Other than that it does a good job of cooking great tasting food. Whether you cook french fries, chicken, pizza, veggies or other meals you will not be disappointed by results.

Wolf Gourmet Elite convection toaster oven comes with precision temperature probe so you can cook meat to the degree you like it best every single time. Interior is large enough to accommodate most 9” x 13” pans.

Wolf Gourmet Elite WGCO150S doesn’t warm up the whole house like a regular oven however be warned that housing can get hot!

Wolf Gourmet Elite WGCO150S is relatively quiet compared to other countertop convection toaster ovens even when using “Convection” cooking mode that uses fan.

The overall quality of Wolf Gourmet Elite WGCO150S is superb and this is what you are mostly paying for. The difference between this and average priced toaster oven is quite stark.
