Weber Spirit E-310 46510001 heats up to 550°F to 600°F fairly easily. Sears steaks nicely and leaves beautiful grill marks. Heat is evenly spread out across cooking area – there are no hotspots. Burners are very responsive to adjustments too.

It has 5 flavorizer bars under the cooking grates which stops grease from dropping on burners and prevents (or at least reduces) flare ups.

Grill Fires up on first igniter button push. It has built-in temperature gauge on the lid as well a gauge in lower department that shows how much gas is left in tank depending on its weight

Overall it works fabulously but you would never expect anything less from a Weber.

Other features

Weber Spirit E-310 46510001 has 2 side tables – one on either side. Each has 3 utensil hooks (for a total of 6). Unfortunately side tables are not foldable.

Plastic handle can get a bit warm during cooking but it’s never so hot it would cause scalding.

Weber Spirit E-310 46510001 is overall a pretty good gas grill. There are some small things you can complain about (as with any product) however nothing big or significant – well, maybe except for the price as this grill is quite expensive however many will agree that it’s worth the money.
