VEVOR 110V Commercial Ice Maker Machine Review
If you are a business owner or just throwing a party a regular countertop ice maker that makes 1lb of ice cubes an hour just won’t cut it. In such circumstances you need a proper ice maker that can produce a lot of ice and keep up with demand. This is where VEVOR 110V commercial ice maker machine comes. It can make up to 120 lbs of ice cubes in a day which equals to (up to) 5 pounds of ice per hour which is plenty enough even in high demand situations.
Performance
VEVOR 110V ice maker machine makes 45 ice cubes per batch. The time it takes to make a batch depends on ice thickness you have chosen – generally from 6 to 18 minutes.
There is one flaw though – if you choose thicker ice cubes they will come out as a single sheet which you will have to break apart manually.
Control panel
Control panel features LCD display, 5 buttons and 6 indicator lights:
- Buttons:
- “Power” button: Turns on/off the unit
- “Status” button: Abruptly end the ice making process (can be used for machine maintenance judgement)
- “Wash” button:
- Single press turns on or off the blue light inside the unit.
- Hold for 5 seconds: starts cleaning process.
- “Thick” button: Increases the thickness of ice cubes with each press
- “Thin” button: Decreases ice cube thickness with each press
- Indicator lights:
- Making
- Harvest
- Full
- Water Storage
- High temp
- Overtime
Control panel is intuitive and simple to use.
Reliability
There is a concerning amount of complaints about reliability of VEVOR 110V ice machine. Granted, people who have had bad experience are more likely to leave feedback and most feedback about this unit is positive but still, the amount of complaints is still a bit concerning.
There are also some complaints from consumers that even though their unit is working it has had some issues from the get go.
With that being said most consumers have reported no issues. It’s hard to predict how common reliability and other issues are, but it’s something that must be taken into consideration if you decide to purchase this VEVOR 110V commercial ice maker.
Features
VEVOR 110V ice maker can hold up to 33 lbs of ice cubes according in manufacturer – in reality it will hold under 30. The ice storage area isn’t refrigerated so the ice cubes will slowly melt if left there.
It has built-in water filter to purify water which is a great feature if you use tap water.
Built-in blue nano light provides beautiful ambient lighting in the ice storage area beautifully showcasing produced ice cubes.
Housing of VEVOR 110V ice maker machine is made of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel with some ABS parts.
Vevor 120-130lbs ice cube maker machine weighs 60 lbs (27.3 kg) and measures 19.68 inches wide, 14.7 inches deep and 32.75 inches high.
Ice scoop, water supply hose, water supply connector and water draining hose are included.
Conclusions
VEVOR 110V ice maker machine leaves mixed impressions. It can make a lot of ice fast but can be finicky at times and somewhat common complaints about reliability is concerning. Most consumers seem to be happy with it though.

I have problems with the ice machine that I bought from you I get a code E05 I am trying to send someone to help me please order vevor 9147
You couldn’t have bought it from us as we don’t sell anything (and never have). However I can help you with some of the things you should do to try to resolve this issue.
E05 code is water shortage shutdown error. The possible causes include:
1) No water supply
2) Water supply pressure is not enough
3) Water tank leaks
4) Water level sensor fail
5) Inlet valve malfunction
There are couple things you should do to try to find out what’s wrong. Does water source put out any water? Is water supply pressure ok? Maybe water filter is blocked and must be cleaned or replaced. Is the bottle cap (located at the bottom of water tank) properly tightened and sealed? Pinpointing the issue is important to find how to fix it.
If after trying all these things you haven’t managed to fix the ice maker you should contact manufacturer to find next course of action.
You can call VEVOR dialing 855-385-1880
You can e-mail VEVOR at support@vevor.com
Good luck with solving the issue and have a nice day!
I don’t get the water for the reserve tank. I think I have a damaged valve. How can I buy another one? I’m going to send you the photo I have.
