Performance

Whereas most electric kettles can only hold 1.5 to 1.7 liters of water Topwit GLH-200B can hold a bit more – 2.0 liters. This gives it a slight edge over competitors as you won’t have to refill it as often.

Unfortunately most other kettles have a more powerful heating element (typically 1500W) however even with a less powerful one Topwit GLH-200B manages to heat up water reasonably fast. It actually manages to bring water to boil faster than some models that have less capacity and a more powerful heating element which is something that shouldn’t be possible. With that being said most 1500W electric kettles does warm up water slightly faster.

Overall Topwit GLH-200B works really well for a budget priced electric kettle.

Quality

Topwit GLH-200B is mostly made of stainless steel. Overall quality is decent considering the price. Yes, higher-end models do feel better made but you can’t really complain about Topwit GLH-200B not being sturdy enough.

Features

Topwit GLH-200B has silicone handle that makes it safe to touch even if the kettle is hot. It also has 360 degree rotating base. Other features include auto-shutoff and dry-boil protection.

Possible issues

The most common complaints about this model are it leaking water or breaking after 1-2 years of use. With that being said keep in mind that majority of consumer feedback is positive.

For a cheap electric kettle Topwit GLH-200B works just fine. On top of that it also holds more water than most other kettles however don’t expect it to be as good as more expensive models.
