SMETA SDZB-12A1 ice maker can produce up to 26 pounds of ice cubes per 24 hours. It makes a batch of 9 bullet shaped ice cubes with hollow inside every 6-12 minutes. It can make ice cubes of two different sizes.

Ice cube quality is ok. Because they are hollow on the inside they do melt quicker in drinks than anticipated.

Before using it for the first time you should let it sit upright for 24 hours for coolant to settle.

Reliability

According to consumer reports it seems like many units fail at around 1 year mark. If you are looking for ice machine that will last for years this one might disappoint you.
