SHARDOR HB615S is a multifunctional 3-in-1 hand-held immersion blender that blends, chops, whips, whisks and purees. SHARDOR HB615S stick blender comes with 17.6 oz food chopper, whisk and 24.7 oz mixing beaker. It has 225 Watt motor which does raise some concerns as there are more powerful immersion blenders available for similar pricing, so does it mean it’s underpowered?

Performance

It becomes apparent very fast that SHARDOR HB615S does not lack power. It blends fast without any signs of not having enough power. Chopping vegetables and making potato, apple or pea purees work great. With whisk attachment it takes mere seconds to make omelets.

SHARDOR HB615S has 9-speeds for blending power and if it starts to struggle with your selected setting you can just push “Turbo” button which will increase power – very quick and convenient.

Quality

SHARDOR HB615S hand blender has stainless steel parts and feels very sturdy.

Cleaning

All of the attachments are dishwasher safe and motor is detachable (this goes without saying but obviously don’t put the motor in dishwasher).

Easy of use

SHARDOR HB615S is compact but not too small. It’s a bit heavier than usual for a hand blender but not too heavy to be an inconvenience. Inserting and taking out attachments is easy and smooth. Soft grip handle provides good grip so blender stays securely in your hand. Overall it’s easy to use.

SHARDOR HB615S is a compact, inexpensive immersion blender that despite having less claimed motor power than some of its competitors does not have any issues with blending, chopping and whisking quick and easy.
