prepAmeal pressure cooker makes cooking a lot faster and simpler! The results are great too. Rice, soup, stew, beans, boiled eggs, yogurt and other meals come out near perfect and taste great. Meat comes out tender and juicy.

prepAmeal 6-quart pressure cooker has 16 smart cooking programs: pressure cook, pot roast, ribs, whole chicken, chili/stew, soup, white rice, brown rice, beans, egg, yogurt, slow cook (low pressure), slow cook (high pressure), sauté/brown, reheat, and keep warm.

It also has “Delay” feature that allows you to delay cooking by up to 8 hours. You can use this if you want to wake up or arrive home to freshly cooked meal

Inner cooking pot

Inner cooking pot has 6-quart capacity and is made of stainless steel. It has nonstick coating and is dishwasher safe making it easy to clean.

Control panel

Control panel features LCD display 14 buttons: “Start” (press to start cooking), “Stop/Cancel” (press when cooking has finished or if you want to cancel it), “+” and “-” (adjusts time), “Menu choice” (cycles through some of the cooking modes) and 7 more buttons for different cooking functions (pressure choice (cycles through 3 different pressure modes: low, medium and high), time, white rice, brown rice, slow cook (low pressure), slow cook (high pressure), brown/sauté, time, warm and delay)

Quality

Overall build quality is good but not the best. It doesn’t feel as well made as some of the more expensive models but that doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t last.

Other

You can take out rubber seal with metal ring for washing (this is not possible with some of the other pressure cookers).

prepAmeal CYSB60-100B36 is a great pressure cooker for the money. It cooks well and is very affordable. Some of the more expensive models are better in certain aspects but if you want something inexpensive then this model is a good choice.
