PHISINIC SM-1519Y is a stand mixer with 660 watt motor and 5.8-quart mixing bowl. It’s one of the more affordable models so is it any good?
PHISINIC 5.8-quart stand mixer works reasonably well. The power is sufficient for most mixing jobs. There are some flaws that make it less good than higher-end stand mixers like KitchenAid KSM150PS Artisan.
The PHISINIC stand mixer doesn’t mix as efficiently as KitchenAid models. It still does the job but it takes longer and you will find yourself having to scrape more often. The latter flaw can be quite cumbersome at times as to scrape you have to stop the mixer and tilt the head up as there is not enough space for scraping with attachments inside the bowl.
PHISINIC 5.8-quart stand mixer has 6 speed settings + “Pulse” mode.
Overall build-quality is decent, you might even say good at this price point but keep in mind that this is a pretty affordable stand mixer. It’s obviously not up to par of KitchenAid models, not even close, but it’s not bad at all.
PHISINIC 5.8-quart stand mixer comes with dough hook, flat beater and egg whisk attachments. It also comes with other accessories like stainless steel mixing bowl, egg white separator and user manual.
PHISINIC SM-1519Y is a decent but not a great stand mixer. It does the job but it certainly does have some flaws. It’s not as expensive as KitchenAid stand mixers like KitchenAid KSM150PS Artisan but neither is it as good as one.
