Ovente GD1632 is one of the least expensive indoor grills you can buy so you might not have great expectations for it but it actually works fairly well.

It heats up fast and seems to cook fairly evenly. The results are good – everything is nicely grilled and flavorful. It’s not completely smokeless so there can be some smoking sometimes.

So in what ways is it worse than more expensive models? The main difference is that it doesn’t get as hot. It’s not really that big of an issue if you cook thin cuts of meat but anything thicker will take longer time to cook. Even though Ovente GD1632 is not as good as more expensive electric indoor grills it cooks and performs pretty well for affordable model.
