NuWave Brio 38006 is an air fryer with 15.5 quart capacity.

Cooking

NuWave Brio 38006 cooks well. Chicken comes out very juicy and tender on the inside with a nice crispy skin on outside. French fries are so good and so are the onion rings fried with NuWave Brio. Everything seems to taste delicious as long as you get the settings right. Even reheating food works significantly better than with microwave (it tastes better).

One particularly cool thing that you don’t see on other air fryers is that this one comes with temperature probe so you will always know when meat is properly cooked to the level you want.

NuWave Brio 15.5-quart air fryer also comes with rotisserie kit so you can cook a small chicken inside it but this is not exclusive feature as many other air fryers in this size and price range also come with one.

It also comes with grill plate that will leave grill marks on steaks like you cooked them on a real grill.

There are some negatives too. Since it’s larger air fryer preheat might take longer than it does with smaller units. Another flaw is had is that sides of the air fryer can get hot while cooking.

NuWave Brio 38006 15.5-quart air fryer is equipped with LCD display and touch sensitive buttons that are intuitive and simple to use.

Accessories

NuWave Brio 38006 15.5-quart air fryer comes with cooking rack, mesh rack, drip tray, integrated temperature probe, rotisserie kit and grill plate. The quality of some of the accessories could be better but it’s not terrible.

Other

Front door is removable so you can thoroughly clean it if you want to.

Some consumers have had issues with build-quality or imprinted display controls fading over time but with that being said most consumer feedback is quite positive about this air fryer.

Verdict

Overall NuWave Brio 15.5-quart air fryer offers a pretty good package for the money. It cooks great, is larger than most air fryers as well has some neat features and accessories too.
