Northair 3.5 cubic feet chest freezer is one of more popular models but does it mean it is good?

Features

Although it’s a pretty basic unit it does have some features including water drain and lid that stays open on itself at two angles (45° and 90°).

Reliability and damage

Although a minority some consumers still have had issues with their Northair 3.5 cubic feet chest freezer arriving dented and/or not working at all or breaking after little use.

On the upside many have praised customer service of the company when such problems have happened. Perhaps you shouldn’t be too worried about them in the first place as most consumer feedback is positive and with any appliance there will occasionally some faulty units produced.

Conclusions

Northair 3.5 cubic feet chest freezer is pretty basic but it works just fine. Most don’t need an overly advanced unit, just an inexpensive one that does its job well. In that sense this is a pretty good chest freezer.
