What’s a bit surprising is that air fryer function in Ninja OP300 Foodi works better than in some dedicated air fryers.

You can actually use both pressure cooking and air frying for amazing results for different meals like chicken, steak, ribs and more. First, pressure cook the food to infuse flavors and then air fry it. The end result is meal with rich flavor that’s juicy and tender on inside with crispy and golden outside.

Cooking baskets

Ninja OP300 Foodi comes with two cooking baskets, 1 for pressure cooking (6 liter cooking pot) and the other one for air frying (3.6 liter Cook & Crisp™ basket).

Both baskets have PTFE and PFOA-free ceramic nonstick coating whereas most other pressure cookers use teflon coating which might infuse harmful chemicals into food.

Control panel

Control panel is easy to use and button layout is intuitive. The upper part of control panel features display screen and buttons for adjusting time and temeprature. The middle part is devoted for cooking functions only. The bottom part has 3 buttons: “keep warm” function, “Start/Stop” and “On/Off”.

Verdict

Ninja OP300 Foodi is quite impressive multi-cooker. It’s slightly more expensive than most regular pressure cookers with similar cooking capacity however it cooks exceptionally well and the results you can get when you combine pressure cooking and air frying cooking methods are amazing.
