Mueller Ultra Pop Hot Air Popcorn Popper promises to make popcorn in under 2 minutes but how well does it actually work?

Mueller Ultra Pop really does work pretty well. It makes popcorn in under 2 minutes most of the time just like promised (but sometimes can take a bit over 2 minutes) and doesn’t burn it. It also manages to pop nearly all kernels.

Mueller Ultra Pop uses hot air to pop kernels which makes popcorn healthier than with oil or other ways that require saturated fats. If you want you can add butter however it will properly melt only in second or third batch.

Only complaint is that exploding kernels throw some unpopped kernels out with them. Seems to be less problem the more you fill the container but be careful to not overfill it. Another complaint is that it can be a bit loud at times.

Quality

Mueller Ultra Pop hot air popcorn popper is made of plastic and being an inexpensive appliance it does feel like one. In other words it does feel cheap and in no way you will think that this is a high-end appliance but that’s what you would expect for the price. It still works just fine and isn’t too fragile.

Mueller Ultra Pop hot air popcorn popper is compact and smaller than many other similar appliances.

Conclusions

Mueller Ultra Pop is a great hot air popcorn popper for the money. It’s inexpensive, simple to use and works pretty well! Only flaw is that it will make some unpopped kernels fly out together with popped ones.
