MOOSOO MD35A is a chest freezer with 3.5 cubic foot storage capacity. It’s equipped with R600a refrigerant and adjustable thermostat that allows you to set temperature from 10.4°F to -22°F. With so many chest freezers on the market it can be hard to choose the right one so lets find out if MOOSOO MD35A performs as claimed.

Operation

MOOSOO MD35A cools down fast (within few hours) and keeps your food frozen solid. It’s also pretty quiet so you can’t complain about anything purely from performance standpoint.

Controls

MOOSOO MD35A has single bar chart with indicator lights that displays selected temperature setting (from lowest to highest). “Running” indicator light illuminates when compressor is running. Overall controls are simple to use but not as intuitive as you see on other chest freezers, simple dial for temperature adjustment is a much more comfortable to use.

MOOSOO MD35A has front drain plug, wheels for easier moving at it comes with 1 hanging basket, 1 ice shovel and user manual.

Chest freezer door stays open on itself (at 45 to 90 degree angles).

Issues
