Moisturisers by Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro Filler Concentrate Review
Moisturisers by Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro Filler Concentrate promises to plump creases as well hydrate, tighten and brighten the skin under your eyes, but does it really work?
Effectiveness
Moisturisers by Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro Filler Concentrate really does hydrate the skin really well. It does have a sticky feeling when you first apply it but it goes away fast. It doesn’t seem to get rid of dark bags but certainly decreases the creases.
Overall it works pretty well but as with any product results vary from person to person.
