Mini Angel SM-1530 is obviously not as powerful as more expensive models. It does mix reasonably well most of the time but can struggle a bit with the very toughest doughs.

It has 10 different speed settings which offers satisfactory variety of speed options.

Quality

As expected from a budget priced model the quality isn’t top notch. The attachments and stand mixer doesn’t feel as well made as more expensive models however overall quality isn’t terrible, it’s just mediocre.
