Cooking

Don’t be surprised if the first steak you cook with it is the best you have had in your life – be surprised if it’s not.

Wide available temperature range and many features allows for different cooking techniques – smoking, grilling, barbecuing, roasting, high-temperature searing and even convection baking (you can cook amazing pizza with Memphis Elite pellet grill). It heats up quick too – achieving 650°F takes just couple minutes.

Double wall design and oven-grade gasket creates effective seal that keeps heat and smoke inside which gives meat amazing smoke flavor and prevents moisture escaping.

Dual 4″ convection fans do amazing job of circulating heat and smoke resulting in even cook – there is no need to rotate meat. This allows you to cook meat that’s incredibly tender, juicy and tastes indescribably well.

It has 6mm grates that are made of nickel plated stainless-steel. Under it you will find stainless steel flavorizer that also acts as heat deflector. Drippings that fall on it are vaporized and add moisture and smoke flavor to whatever you are cooking.

Heat deflector plate can be replaced with optional “Direct Flame Insert” plate to expose food to the flame which allows you to create perfect sear on steaks or get that delicious flame roasted flavor on vegetables.

Pellet Hopper

Digital Controller
