One thing you need to think about is how many hot dogs you will be able to cook at a time and will that be enough? La Trevitt hot dog roller can accommodate 6 regular sized hot dogs or less if they are larger size. Because of this it can only keep up with demand for couple or few persons. For larger families or gatherings you might want a larger model as this might fail to keep up with the demand.
Quality
La Trevitt hot dog roller has stainless steel body so the quality is pretty good for the money. Protective cover does feel a bit cheap (and could be better designed to be more convenient) but it’s a minor gripe.
Clean up
Clean up is as pretty much you would expect it to be. Most of the time it’s easy to clean and moist paper towel all you need. Sometimes it might take a bit more force and perhaps something abrasive to clean properly.
Rollers are non-stick so nothing usually sticks too much. Drip tray is dishwasher safe which is very nice.

Other
La Trevitt hot dog roller does have sharp edges so you need to be a bit careful. It’s also quite lightweight which makes it easy to carry but it would feel more stable and sturdier if it was heavier (it does have non-slip base so it doesn’t slide around easily).
Verdict
La Trevitt hot dog roller is a pretty great hotdog cooker for the money but it might be too small for some consumers. Of course there are various things you could improve however the price would probably be higher in that case as well.
