Performance

Since KUPPET 1510X is a budget priced stand mixer the performance is far from perfect. You can’t expect it to work like a KitchenAid when it doesn’t cost as one.

KUPPET 1510X works reasonably well with batters and has no issues with whipping eggs or cream. The motor is not very powerful though and struggles with heavier doughs.

Another issue is that the attachments don’t really do a good job of covering the bottom and sides of the bowl so you will have to sometimes scrape sides and the bottom of the bowl. This is annoying because since the mixing bowl is so small you can’t scrape while the stand mixer is running. Instead you have to stop, remove the attachment from the bowl and only then you can properly scrape.

KUPPET 1510X comes with splash cover that prevents batter from splashing which it needs as even the slowest mixing speed is rather fast.

Attachments

KUPPET 1510X stand mixer comes with wire whip, dough hook and flat beater attachments. The wire whip and beater are dishwasher safe however the dough hook isn’t.

Quality

Being a really inexpensive stand mixer the quality is on a cheaper side. The stand mixer almost feels like a toy and the attachments aren’t as sturdy as the ones that come with KitchenAid stand mixers.

Features

KUPPET 1510X has 4 silicone anti-slip suction cups to keep it in place. It also has tilt-head design like most modern stand mixers.

Verdict

KUPPET 1510X might work good enough for light-to-medium duty jobs if you need something inexpensive but don’t expect it to be anywhere near as good as a KitchenAid Artisan Mini or KitchenAid KSM150PS.
