KRUPS KM785D50 is a coffee maker with built-in conical burr grinder. Is it any good since it cost less than many standalone burr grinders?

KRUPS KM785D50 has just 5 different grind fineness settings which is surprisingly little as burr grinders generally have at least 16 grinding settings and some even hundreds of them so you are not left with much variety here.
