Innsky 55SA1US XL is an air fryer with 5.8 quart cooking basket capacity – large enough to cook for 2-4 persons at a time. Innsky 55SA1US can cook in temperatures ranging from 180°F to 400°F.

Cooking

Innsky 55SA1US cooks well and pretty fast (faster than some air fryers but not necessarily faster than all of them). Meat comes out crispy on outside and juicy on the outside. French fries are crispy and golden brown. Since you don’t have to use oil the food isn’t greasy and the flavor is pure. Everything seems to come out tasting really well. You should preheat the air fryer before cooking as in most times food comes out more delicious that way.

Air fryers have protective substance on heating elements to protect them from any damage during shipping. This protective substance is eliminated when you use the air fryer but it can emit burning smell. For this reason it’s recommended you do empty run before actually cooking anything. Just let the air fryer run at high temperatures for 10-20 minutes empty which usually is enough to get rid of all the substance. If you have lemons at home you can cook slices of lemon instead.

Presets

Innsky 55SA1US has 11 presets: steak (360°F for 8 minutes), chicken (360°F for 20 minutes), shrimp (360°F for 8 minutes), seafood (400°F for 10 minutes), french fries (400°F for 18 minutes), cake (360°F for 12 minutes), bread (320°F for 8 minutes), preheat (400°F for 5 minutes), thaw (350°F for 10 minutes) and keep warm (170°F for 5 minutes)

Presets work well most of the time but sometimes some adjustments might be necessary. Adjusting accordingly to results.

Features

Innsky 55SA1US is made of PFOA and BPA free materials. It’s certified by ETL & RoHS. Cooking basket has nonstick coating and is dishwasher safe making up for an easy cleanup.

Possible issues

Majority of consumer feedback about Innsky 55SA1US is positive but like with any product there is some negative feedback as well. Some consumers have complained about nonstick coating peeling off after some use.
