Hamilton Beach 62633R is electric hand mixer with 6 speed settings and 220 watt motor (which apparently has 275 watt peak power).

Performance

Hamilton Beach 62633R has decent amount of power for the money. It’s still a cheap hand mixer so it’s not super powerful or anything but it’s powerful enough for most mixing jobs.

It does possess some flaws though. First of all, slowest speed is too fast. Some splattering might be unavoidable. This is a common issue for cheap hand mixers so at this price point it’s hard to complain.

Secondly, it’s a bit loud. Again, this is often an issue with budget price hand mixers. Hamilton Beach 62633R isn’t obnoxiously loud but it’s a bit noisier than you would like.

Quality

Compared to other similarly hand mixers the quality is good. Hamilton Beach 62633R feels sturdier than most of its competitors. It’s not heavy duty hand mixer, but it doesn’t feel like something that’s going to break soon after the purchase.

Verdict

Hamilton Beach 62633R is a mediocre hand mixer which is not really a bad thing in this case. For the money it’s a pretty decent unit for those who aren’t quite ready to spend big bucks for something more serious.
