Hamilton Beach 62635 has decent power for its price however even on slowest speed it’s fast. This means that some things will splash or get thrown out of the bowl. Lowest speed is way too fast.

Beaters also have only 4 prongs. This means some things (like potatoes) won’t be mashed to super fine, lumpy consistence.

Hamilton Beach 62635 hand mixer has Quick Burst button that increases power when on demand.
