Greenworks 20332 is corded electric chainsaw with 14.5-Amp motor and 18-inch Oregon bar and chain.
Greenworks 20332 is not as powerful as gas chainsaw so it cuts slower but it cuts limbs of up to 12 inches reasonably well as well other jobs of similar difficulty. For occasional use for light-to-medium duty jobs performance is acceptable.
There’s one issue with this chainsaw though. A really significant issue. Many consumers have issues with chain holding tension and keeps falling off. And this is not an issue only novices experience, a lot of experienced wood cutters have same complaint. However not everyone has this issue so it’s hard to pinpoint what’s the reasoning behind it.
Despite the low price Greenworks 20332 has all the features you would expect from modern chainsaw like auto oiler with translucent oil tank (Greenworks 20332 chainsaw doesn’t come with chain oil), wrap around handle, tool-less chain tensioning system (however the tensioner knob is made of plastic which might not be sturdy enough long term) and chain brake which works great and stops chain instantly once you release the power trigger.
Greenworks 20332 weighs just 11.46 lbs which is very light for chainsaw with 18-inch bar.

Cord that’s up to 25 feet long should have A.W.G rating no worse than 14 whereas cords that are up to 50 feet long should have gauge rating no worse than 12 A.W.G.
Cords longer than 50 feet are not recommended.
Considering that many consumers have issues with chain constantly falling off perhaps it would be a safer choice to look for another chainsaw.
