GoWISE USA GW22971 is an air fryer with 1700 watt heating element and 7 quart cooking basket (large enough to cook for 4-5 people). It can cook (180° to 400°F) and dehydrate (90° to 170°F).

Cooking

GoWISE USA GW22971 cooks fast and well. It turns food crispy without losing any moisture/juices inside. Works really great for all kinds of meats like steaks, chicken wings, bacon and so on.

Don’t assume that it doesn’t do a good job of cooking other types of food as well because it does. Onion rings, french fries, veggies and many other meals come out delicious.

GoWISE USA GW22971 comes with three mesh racks that can be stacked over each other allowing you to cook more food at the same time. It also comes with removable crisper tray that improves heat circulation around food which in turn makes it more crispy. The crisper tray has PFOA-free non-stick coating making it easy to clean.

Cooking

GoWISE USA GW44803 cooks well and food cooked in it tastes great. Unlike basket type air fryer it has 3 rack levels which allows you to use the cooking space more effectively with the included mesh trays and oven racks.

GoWISE USA GW44803 also has rotisserie function that allows you to cook a small chicken or french fries in rotating basket.

Presets work quite well (on other models they sometimes use temperature that’s too hot).

Cooking basket has nonstick coating (which is true for nearly all other air fryers too) however some consumers have reported it peeling off. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t clean it with abrasive materials which can damage the coating (might be the cause for those who reported this issue).

Despite being a more basic model GoWISE USA GW22638 does have 8 presets including warm, french fries/chips, chicken, steak, shrimp, pork, cake and fish.

Another cool thing about GoWISE USA GW22638 is that it’s rather quiet. Some air fryers have loud fans but not this one. It does however beep 5 times rather loudly when it has finished cooking. It’s good to know when your food is ready but some might find the beeping obnoxious.
