Performance

Fellow Corvo EKG has 1200 watt hearing element that heats up water fast however that’s also partially because it holds less water than most electric kettles. Water tastes pure. Spout is well designed as well – water pours smoothly without any leakage.

Features

Okay, so as an electric kettle it works just fine, but that alone doesn’t justify the price tag. So what does? The features.

You can heat up water to a specific temperature you want (from 135°F to 212°F). This is very important feature as different types of tea and coffee brewing methods require different temperatures. Using water with wrong temperature will ruin the flavor. You will also find the built-in brew stopwatch useful for coffee/tea extraction.

Fellow Corvo EKG can keep the water at your desired temperature for up to 1 hour. It also has digital temperature read out so you can see how warm the water inside the kettle is at any moment.

Quality

Fellow Corvo EKG feels very well made. The body is made of 304 stainless steel and has matte black finish. The overall build-quality is really good.

With that being said some consumers have had issues with control knob after a while however most of the consumer feed back is positive.

Aesthetics

You could argue that design is purely subjective but tell me that Fellow Corvo EKG isn’t one of the most beautiful electric kettles you have seen. With its minimalist yet sleek design it’s also a piece of decor that improves the overall vibe of your kitchen.

Verdict

Fellow Corvo EKG is an expensive electric kettle but is it worth the money? Yes, but not to everyone. All the functions are really nice but not everyone needs them. The design is very pleasing too – but some don’t care about thing like that, they just want an appliance that works. The quality is good and that’s something everyone can appreciate however that alone doesn’t justify the price tag.

If you will find use for the functions, want something that’s aesthetically pleasing and the price tag doesn’t scare you off then Fellow Corvo EKG is well worth the money. If not, then perhaps you should consider less expensive models.
