De’Longhi Livenza EO141164M is a digital air fry convection toaster oven. With 14 liter (0.5 cubic foot) capacity it’s smaller than most countertop toaster ovens but is this the model to get if you are looking for something relatively compact?

So does De’Longhi Livenza EO141164M cook well? It depends. It has 9 cooking functions: grill, fan convection, bake, heat convection, pizza, toast, cookies, defrost and keep warm. All of them work great except “toast” and “fan convection” (air fry) which provide mediocre results most of the time.

If “toast” and “fan convection” (air fry) cooking modes are vital for you then this is not the convection toaster oven for you. If you will not use these modes then De’Longhi Livenza EO141164M shouldn’t disappoint you by the way it cooks.

De’Longhi Livenza EO141164M convection toaster oven comes with air fryer rack, flat rack, enamel bake pan and aluminum pizza tray.

Control panel

Control panel features LCD display, two dials and 4 buttons. Control panel is fairly basic but it makes it easy to use.

Other flaws

Door does not lay fully flat if the handle touches countertop. In such case it’s difficult to remove bottom tray.

Another issue that’s common with convection toaster ovens is that housing can get a bit hot.

Door has nice seal that prevents heat escaping as well double paned glass window. There’s also internal light so you can see your food being cooked!

Verdict

Despite multiple drawbacks De’Longhi Livenza EO141164M is not a bad convection toaster oven. In fact most of the consumer feedback is positive. With that being said larger and more expensive units are usually better and this is not the one that will be able to satisfy every single consumer.
