De’Longhi Livenza Compact Oven Review

De’Longhi Livenza Compact EO141150M is air fryer oven with 0.5 cubic foot cooking capacity (which is about 15 quarts or 14 liters). It has 1800 watt power supply and can cook in temperatures as high as 450°F.

Cooking with De’Longhi Livenza Compact Oven

De’Longhi Livenza Compact cooks really well which is not always the case with other air fryer ovens. It cooks food evenly and it ends up tasting great. Meat remains juicy on inside and De’Longhi also makes many foods crispy on outside (French Fries or tater tots for example).

De’Longhi EO141150M has 9 cooking modes: toast, bake, convection, broil/grill, roast, reheating, keep warm and pre-set pizza and cookies. They all work rather well. Only thing to really complain about is that toasting bread takes longer than with regular toaster and if you want both sides to be the same you have to flip bread halfway through cooking which then takes even longer

De’Longhi EO141150M doesn’t have rotisserie function which some air fryer ovens have. If that’s something you want your air fryer oven to have then you will have to look for a different model. With that being said rotisserie feature is often quite finicky in air fryer ovens and slightly more complicated than you might expect.

Once De’Longhi EO141150M has finished cooking it will beep to let you know your food is ready.

Noise

The main source of noise is the fan. It’s not terribly loud but you can certainly hear it running.

Accessories

De’Longhi EO141150M Compact air fryer oven comes with bake pan, wire-rack, pizza pan and crumb tray.

Quality

De’Longhi Livenza Compact feels solid and well made. It doesn’t leave impression that manufacturer cheaped out on materials or made panels as thin as possible.

Control panel

De’Longhi Livenza EO141150M is equipped with display screen, four buttons and two dials (one for selecting cooking mode and other for adjusting temperature/time).

Controls are a bit more complicated than on some of the other air fryer ovens but not so much that you should be concerned. You get hang of it rather fast and then it becomes second nature.

Weight and Size

De’Longhi Livenza Compact is not as large as some of the other air fryers while still having a good amount of cooking capacity. If you want something that doesn’t take up too much space then this air fryer oven might be what you are looking for.

It weighs 19.06 pounds and measures 17.9 inches wide by 15.5 inches deep by 9.6 inches tall.

Other

The handle on the oven door is rather large and if it hits countertop you can’t fully open it. On the upside the oven door has double glass and silicon seal so heat and fumes don’t escape.

Inside walls have nonstick coating making the air fryer oven easy to clean. There’s also light so you can see food being cookes.

Verdict

De’Longhi Livenza Compact is a rather basic air fryer oven but it does everything most consumers will need – it cooks fast, well and evenly while being quite affordable. It’s not perfect nor the best air fryer oven you can buy but for the money it’s a very decent model.
