Performance

Cuisinart HM-90BCS works very well. It’s more powerful than many other higher wattage hand mixers. Even though for tougher jobs like really thick and hard doughs a stand mixer would be preferable Cuisinart HM-90BCS can do the job.

the fact that it has 9 different speed modes means you can find just the right speed for every job. The first 3 speeds are actually pretty slow so there’s no splattering which often isn’t the case with hand mixers (often slowest speed is way too fast to avoid splattering).

Attachments

Cuisinart HM-90BCS comes with beaters, chef’s whisk, dough hooks and spatula. They seem to be of high quality however few consumers have reported them breaking eventually.
