ChefWave Sosaku is a 5-in-1 indoor BBQ grill with 9″ x 13″ inch grilling space and temperature range of 0 to 450°F.

Grilling with ChefWave Sosaku

ChefWave Sosaku heats up fast and cooks well. It doesn’t dry out meat – it stays juicy inside. Nothing gets burned. Grilled steak and chicken comes out delicious. Rotisserie is great too and is easy to use but its use is a bit limited by the available space.

ChefWave Sosaku is advertised as smokeless grill but there’s still some smoke – not much, but it’s definitely not entirely smokeless.

You can set a timer for up to 90 minutes. The timer is the old-school mechanical one which ticks (some might find this annoying) and cannot be reset (annoying if you accidentally select too much time).

Clean up

Clean-up is fairly easy because of nonstick coating and the fact that all removable parts are dish-washer safe (they are easy to remove too!).

Possible issues

Some consumers have reported control knob melting. Nonstick coating seems to be quite thin too so it might not last very long. You can prolong it’s lifetime though by avoid using any abresive materials when you clean it.

Verdict

ChefWave Sosaku works quite well however it could be better designed and made. There’s room for improvement even though overall it’s quite decent indoor BBQ grill.
