Antarctic Star INAS128 36-Bottle Wine Cooler Review

Antarctic Star INAS128 is wine cooler/beverage refrigerator that holds up to 36 bottles of wine with temperature adjustable from 40°F to 61°F (5°C to 16°C).

Operation

Antarctic Star INAS128 cools down fast and isn’t loud. Temperature at times can be inaccurate or fluctuate a bit but it keeps your drinks cool.

Antarctic Star INAS128 should be used only as freestanding unit. It doesn’t have front venting so it shouldn’t be built-in.

Storage

Claimed 36 bottle wine capacity is only partially true. You will be able to fit 36 standard sides Bordeaux (750mL) bottles, but you won’t be able to fit as many bottles that are larger than that. Generally expect to realistically fit no more than 30 bottles.

One rack is made of stainless steel wire which suits well wine bottles but the rest of the shelves are made of glass making them better for cans. This beverage refrigerator seems to be better suited for storing cans but you can store bottles too.

Antarctic Star INAS128 beverage refrigerator is equipped with LCD display that shows set temperature and 4 buttons: “bulb” (press to turn on/off interior light, hold to unlock control panel), “up” and “down” (for temperature adjustment).

Conclusions

Antarctic Star INAS128 is far from being best wine cooler but considering the price, capacity and everything else it’s good value for money.
